In this year of the bicentenary of the birth of Clara Schumann, two highly accomplished Auckland-based musicians, Gemma Lee (piano) and Dr. Charlotte Francis (violin), present a celebration of three prominent female composers from the 19th and 20th centuries: Clara Schumann (1819-1896), Lili Boulanger (1893-1918), and Amy Marcy Beach (1867-1944).
